Congratulations to the Procell 2018 Employee of the Year, Rapule Morojele.
We finish the quick quiz and you step outside the office and find a lottery ticket that ends up winning $10 million. What would you do?
KEEP IN MIND ITS DOLLARS SO ITS 140million rands….so Tithe 10%, Put one poor kid who genuinely wants to become a pilot through flight school, and maybe when my boss get tired buy one or two of his shops. All this but I would still want to stay at procell to see how far I can go. Just to have keep me going.
If you could be any animal in the world, what animal would you be and why?
I would choose to be an eagle, because I would be at the top of the food chain and I would have excellent eye sight and i could fly to wherever I wanted, when I wanted.
What inspires you?
People who are where I want to be in life, and people who have fought to earn what they have starting with very little or nothing.
What’s the most interesting thing about you that we wouldn’t learn from your resume alone?
Unfortunately with me, what you see is what you get…if anyone were to find something new that is interesting about me would be someone that hasn’t spent much time with me, my life is an open book.
Do you think the convenience of technology is worth the loss of privacy that comes with it?
It all depends on how you look at it, but I will go with yes because it really has made life easier for everyone.
Who would you most like to sit next to on a 10 hour flight and why?
A man called Job in the bible who lost everything but still believed in God, I want to know how he did it. (READ THE BOOK JOB YOU WILL UNDERSTAND)
What is the best and worst purchases you’ve ever made?
The worst purchase I ever made was a chest of drawers that didn’t even last 6 weeks and it was custom made, the best purchase I ever made (even though it almost killed me twice) would be my motorbike, it did a lot for me.
